This track was written from my own emotions. I climbed my first mountaineering “summit” last january. This peak is called single cone, and its the top of the remarkable range in newzealand. It was the happiest day of my life, and only the start of my whole journey to one day climb mount everest! This is only part of my up coming single! The single officially releases in 2025,, so this is a little sneak peak! This one is a personal one to me. I am a rockclimber and a novoice mountaineer, for me i write music that gives me feeling, nothing better then writing a motivational peice! My music is all instrumental so it allows you to paint a picture in your mind without following the rules of lyrics. Mind over fear is all about conquering your body, overcoming your own emotions and doing what scares you, and then getting over the fear. When i climb yes i get scared, it takes me a fair few meters before i become fearless and once im in that state its basically like mediation, its actually really beautiful and a completely endorsing feeling.
