Mother of Ashes
A dark, cinematic symphonic metal ballad inspired by a mother whose love for humanity becomes both a shield and a dangerous obsession. With delicate piano, haunting classical strings, intimate female vocals and majestic orchestral crescendos, Mother of Ashes tells the story of a powerful creator who seeks to protect humanity from the forces of Heaven and Hell. But as love turns into hunger and mercy becomes control, a haunting question emerges: is she humanity’s salvation, or just another chain? Emotional, tragic and majestic, this track blends gothic atmosphere with orchestral grandeur and an expressive electric guitar solo, building towards a powerful, choir-driven climax. For those who love dark fantasy, epic storytelling and cinematic symphonic metal.more

The Kitchen Floor
🖤 THE KITCHEN FLOOR ⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: This song touches on sensitive and emotional subjects, including trauma, mental health struggles, and painful life experiences. Please listen with care. ❤️‍🩹 I’ve always been someone who feels things deeply, but I’ve never been the best at putting those feelings into words when speaking. Some people write in journals. Some people paint. Some people talk things out. Me? I’ve started turning my thoughts, feelings, memories, and experiences into music. And what started as just another creative outlet has slowly become something so much more. It’s like writing in a journal, except instead of closing the notebook and putting it away, I’m turning those pages into songs. And somehow, hearing those feelings outside of my own head has been incredibly healing. “The Kitchen Floor” is one of those songs that comes from a vulnerable place. Not every song I create is going to be happy. Some will be uncomfortable. Some will be heartbreaking. Some will tell stories that are difficult to put into words. But that’s the beauty of music. It gives us a way to express the things we sometimes don’t know how to say out loud. I’m not sharing my music because I have everything figured out or because every wound has healed. I’m sharing it because I’m still healing. ❤️‍🩹 And maybe, just maybe, someone listening will hear something they needed to hear and realize they’re not alone. Thank you for being part of this little musical journey of mine. 🖤 🎧 The Kitchen Floor — Marilee Anne Some stories are too heavy to keep inside. So I turned mine into music. more
