I'm Derek Bankhead, a songwriter, soundtrack designer and producer. I have been writing music since 2016 and have more recently been exploring music production in Fl Studios and Fl Studios Mobile. My main goal with music is to write melodies and leitmotif's which invoke unique emotions and tell a story. I think a compelling melody is the key to a good song, and I believe my music reflects that. I enjoy writing soundtracks, but also have an interest in producing many genres of music ranging from EDM, Alternative, Future Pop, and LoFi. I am currently studying to become a Physical Therapist. Because of this i dont have much time to dedicate to producing music, however i still intend to make music whenever possible.
