Bengal, is the music project revitalizing the finest elements of 80s Rock from a modern perspective. The debut album Gathering Storm, will be released in January, is a concept album. It tells the story of a man who slowly collapses under the burdens imposed on us by the 21th century. The songs investigate a number of relatable and important topics, ranging from bad decisions and relationship issues to mind-twisting propaganda spewed by the media. Bence Gaál, the man behind the project, was born in 1995 in Budapest. He started making music at a young age, founding his first band called Greyhound in 2012, playing numerous concerts until 2015 when the band split up. After a few years of hiatus, he began to work on the concept of “Gathering Storm”, his first album, building partially on his own life experiences. On the album, he plays guitar, bass, keyboards, and also sings the songs he wrote all by himself.
