A 20 year promise fulfilled. Sgt. Jorge "Dirt" Sanchez and GySgt. David "Goo" McGurrin first came together as Marines serving during the Iraq War, quickly becoming best of friends, roommates and combat veterans, brothers in arms during deployment. While stationed in North Carolina, talented musicians came together for freestyle sessions and more ambitious projects. At this time that Dirt made a promise to Goo that they would no doubt collaborate on an album. At the end of their first term in service, the pair went their separate ways. After two decades, the duo reconnected and soon went to work, recording "Rolling Stone." This moment laid the foundation for their sound and served as the inspiration for "Let Me Explain," an album ultimately dedicated to their families. A 20 year promised fulfilled.
