Singer, songwriter and musician Kerrie Masters has been writing songs and making music from the age of 7. She is classically trained on the Flute (which you can hear on her track 'Better Place') Violin and Piano. In 2014 Kerrie won Factor Essex, the largest singing competition in the region and subsequently, was invited to open the UK Garage concert at Wembley Arena. Kerrie then went on to win a Southeast Entertainment Award for Best female vocalist in 2015. Since then, she has been rather quiet as in the later part of 2015 she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Knowing that she perhaps will always face challenges with her health and having missed music very much. Kerrie has now returned to music and is trying to adapt the way she is able to continue to perform & release new tracks, as well as raise awareness for the disease for as long as she can. Kerrie's musical influences include Paolo Nutini, BB King & Sister Rosetta Tharpe and anyone that sings from their soul.
