Said’s, born Cedric Meredith, dynamic music career began during his child hood while singing at church. Since the age of two he dreamed of becoming a famous singer. Said’s passion for music has led him to pursuing many paths in the music industry ranging from artist management and development to A&R Direction for an independent label to even hosting artist showcases. Said was adopted by his grandmother at the age of two. Her being a very religious person kept him involved in church through his teenage years. He become so devoted to his church’s choir they appointed him as the youth praise and worship leader. At the same time Said was working with local hip hop artist and they composed several R&B songs: Said swayed from singing gospel to R&B.
