This song is a celebration of diversity. It is an anthem against racism and discrimination in general. It tells the story of two people who fall in love in the 60s and have to fight for their right to love. It includes references to famous people who fought for civil rights and equality (lyrics were adapted due to lack of permission to include literal quotes). And, as many of my songs, it is genderless. more
