What if colours had their own soundtrack? Because this is what "Indigo" sounds like to me. It's a synesthesia-fueled deep house track made during 30 hours of no sleep.

Made all the way back on January 3, 2016, it was made just a few months after getting the hang of GarageBand for the first time. I consider this my first "real track".

Indigo's theme started with the idea of "indigo children", the idea that some children are born with more spiritual gifts than others. I also have a condition called "synesthesia", which is where one sense (like music) stimulates another (like vision). That means I associate colours with music! While making this track, I thought it "sounded like the colour indigo". Even today, this track STILL sounds like if the colour indigo had its own soundtrack.

I produced it in one sitting, and tried a challenge at the time where I stayed awake for over 30 hours and this was produced in the middle of it.
