Hi, I'm Michael, a graphic designer from near Munich, and I've been making music my whole life – just for fun. My beginnings were classic: recorder lessons and then a brief foray into the violin – not really my thing. After that came many years of piano lessons and the proud ownership of a KORG MS20 synthesizer. During my design studies, I played electric guitar in a student band; we improvised rock and avant-garde. In my first job, I experimented with a four-track Tascam, my guitar with a looper, a Roland drum machine, and a small Casio sampler. We're all glad that no recordings from that time survived. Since then, I've described my music as low-budget-music. Then I invested my first earnings in an Ensoniq EPS 16+ workstation, which made my work considerably easier. And finally, I connected it to my Mac with Cubase Lite. Today, I use Cubase together with my Yamaha P525 digital piano. Still just for pleasure.
