Luckee aka Luc-Norwood was born and raised in Topek Ks. His passion was football his second was music. The Top-City native has always been attracted to hip hop music. Growing up being a fan of the West Coast rap scene and Down South artist spark an interest. Starting out doing freestyles at house parties or in the neighborhood, people started to notice his smooth delivery and ability. That lead to writing and recording mixtapes.
