I started my musical journey like many other musicians, which consisted of being in a high school cover band after taking two years of lessons. After the obligatory cars, drugs and booze faze, I tried to join/form some bands in the 80's, I became disillusioned with the lack of dedication and personal issues of band members. This led to a period of about 10 years, during which I worked as a maintenance technician at a Chicago hospital while studying at the local Union hall. Bored with the studies at the hall, I decided to take singing and songwriting classes at the Old Town School of Folk Music. It was a revelation. I found that I had more to offer as a songwriter than as a lead guitarist and found it more fulfilling. Soon afterwards I played any coffeehouse and festival that would have me on the Chicago folk scene. 20 years later, I have released 7+ albums that can be heard on Spotify.

Do You Have My Credentials Too?
You may relate to this song, if you have encountered a job interview during which the interviewer, tries to interrogate the interviewee (you). Meanwhile, you are laughing to yourself in regards the the arrogance of the interviewer not having had near the life experience of yourself and feels that they have you all figured out, being the master psychologist that they are not.more
