Wilder is a three piece from the heart of the Pennines that plays a raw mixture of blues and heavy rock. Taking cues from Black Sabbath and BB King, Melvins and Rory Gallagher they bring a loud stage show ran by the rhythm section of Andy Jones and Gav Walne with the lead guitar and vocals of Matt Jones. The band grew up making music together as three brothers doing the cover circuit playing classic rock and blues. Heavy, loud and haunting their first EP was recorded live in the rehearsal room in an old mill with the sounds of ghosts on the tape.
