From the new album "Transitions"more

Hi guys, I am Tyler Tyy, a singer/songwriter/producer. This song "Lost Friend" is my lead single in my debut EP named "Boy Again..." that I've just released 2 weeks ago. This is a song that I wrote about my best friend when we were in primary school. I was secretly in love with him at that time (and up until now). Primary school came to an end, and our friendship was kinda over since then… We did meet a few times, but it was so hard to contact him (due to the communication difficulties since it was in the 00s) and I was also too shy and embarrassed to tell him my feelings about him. I had a feeling like I wasn’t “cool” enough to hang out with him anymore. For the Bridge of this song, it is about my memory of when I met him. Time goes by, there was a time he invited me to come to his show, and after that, we hung out and I saw him was doing drugs and being so cool with his friends, meanwhile, I was such a nerd… Now since he has moved to another place and there is no chance we could meet each other no more, all I can do is hope and pray that he will be fine, safe and sound… I would really appreciate it if you could take some time and give it some feedback!
