Long ago I lost it all The dreams of youth Held before my fall What does it really matter I’m starving here Don’t let me shatter Will I ever find myself Another start Again on the shelf Either my body or mind Is all enslaved Cannot life be kind As many years have passed by Apathetic Feels my heart to try In my deep well I reside What is that light Brings too high the tide I must swim or I will drown Do I still have Strength to wear my crown Long ago I lost it all The dreams of youth Gives will to stand tall I must live in the present Now clear the fog No shan’t I descent At least I can say I tried This is my all Well then what a ride Who cares how this story ends It is my own Life I will not fail more
