Welcome to the shooting spree And here's your blindfold cover-up so you can lucid dream And here are your earphones help prevent you hear people scream And wash your mouth cuz you can taste the way the bruises bleed You see the people always praying on their hands and knees And asking Jesus for forgiveness and some bread to eat It'd be confusing cuz forgiveness doesn't pay groceries And half your money is already gone and all the simple things you can't afford the deli meats It's temporary till corporations have become king And a rip the money out my wallet and charge me to breathe And send a letter to my loved ones on the day they grieve Better luck next time hopefully he's not born in poverty more
