Maybe one of favorite songs I've written. This one is a sci-fi horror number. Inspired by my love of the videogame series "Metroid" as well as all of those great B-rate, cheesy horror movies that came out in the late 80s and early 90s. This is the follow up to "Welcome" as well as the title track. Instead of it being a response to the pandemic its about my internal response to what has been going on. Pandemic aside it's been a really weird time in my life (both good and bad) so it the track is truly about escapism by any means necessary.
