She grew up composing rhymes, poetry, and even won literature awards in elementary school in her hometown in Virginia. By the time high school started, she had recorded some of her first singles. After being indicted at 19, her dreams were put on hold, facing drug charges that would change her life forever. She used her story of hustling and hanging in street to set the setting of the artist's music career. By 2016 she began to paint the scene, debuting songs like Enter and Faded at local clubs and parties, making her more and more noticable. Along with her sexy and sophisticated gangster style, she incorporated the sounds of her favorite artists such as Gucci Mane and Kevin Gates, making her stand out amongst other artists. In 2018 she opened the market for a new genre she refers to as "Female Trap." Integrating the female symbol in her iconic logo, Global Trap Music was born. In 2020 she received a Billboard award for hitting number 16 with her hit "This Side."
