Sonsofchance

Kirkcaldy

"Hailing from Kirkcaldy, Fife, Sons of Chance is a dynamic alt-pop rock indie band with a sprinkle of punk vibes, formed in July 2023. Initially, the band came together to play covers of forgotten favourites, but they soon discovered a shared passion for writing new material. The name Sons of Chance is inspired by the serendipitous encounters that brought the band together and a nod to Joy Division's "Insight" lyrics. Sons of Chance has released their debut 4-track EP "Better Late Than Never", with singles "Bodyside" (September 2024) and "Talk Too Much" (January 2025) available on major streaming platforms. The EP also features standout tracks "Warmest Loving Smile" and "Let Me In". Both "Bodyside" and their latest single "Show Them" have received great support, getting added to Jim Gellatly’s Amazing Radio playlist. The band has been bringing their high-energy live shows to venues throughout Edinburgh and Fife since February 2024, winning over audiences with their sound.
