This track has a feel melancholic feel, I wrote this thinking about sirens and sailors in my mind. A siren singing to the boat, one who finds humans beautiful and has a curiosity. In this story the boat is actually sinking so the siren is singing to comfort the sailor's before the end. The rest is for your interpretation, does the siren actually want to help?
