I’m an alternative rock and country-influenced songwriter whose music centers on mental health, resilience, and the unseen battles many people carry. I write from lived experience, exploring themes of PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST), anxiety, depression, survival, and healing. My debut album, Invisible Battles, gives voice to experiences that are often kept quiet. While the music is AI-assisted, every lyric, theme, and creative decision comes directly from my own words and story. This project exists to remind people that they are not alone in their struggles and that strength can exist even in the hardest moments. If these songs help someone feel understood, find a little hope, or choose to keep going when giving up feels easier, then this music has done what it was meant to do.
