Uchechi Emelonye is a young, hot, new artist from Imo state, Nigeria creating afro inspired music that feeds the soul. She balances this passion with being a final year Law student at the University of Lancaster, a top UK higher education institution.
She has been songwriting since the age of 13 and is not new to the stage due to being part of various school productions, bands and performances. In addition to this she has schooled in more than 6 countries and takes influence from their various different cultures and sounds.
Combining her experience, confidence and love of music she launched her successful debut song with a breathtaking music video "Little BlackBird' in 2020 and is ready to thrill fans and with her two new upcoming songs.
