I work across a mix of writing, research, and product ideas — some creative, some practical, most rooted in personal experience and long-term curiosity. Over time, that curiosity has taken shape as books, audio projects, physical designs, and a few experiments that didn’t fit neatly into a single category. I tend to focus on subjects that connect the body, the mind, and real-world experience — especially where stories and systems overlap. The subject that has stayed with me most is the one that dismantled everything I once thought mattered. What I believed was solid quietly washed away, and something clearer took its place. I didn’t find certainty — I found a path. One that didn’t feel fragile or temporary. A road I could walk without constantly rebuilding my life along the way.
