Epic, cinematic, post-apocalyptic – That's the way to describe the upcoming music of WOLVES OF WAR. Complex orchestral and choral arrangements replace the industrial foundation of their 2019 debut album “Dystopia”. During the pandemic, they used the time to work on standalone singles: The song “Wir kommen wieder” with Krankheit frontman Christian Präauer was released in 2020, followed by “Lycanthropy” in 2021 and “Flatlined” in 2023. With a stronger focus on large soundtrack-like orchestral pieces, the album successor “Wasteland Warfare” is now in the starting blocks, an apocalyptic cocktail somewhere between symphonic and death, spiked with deliberately placed nuances of dark and black metal that captivates the audience.
