Son of Sea Urchin is the new music project of Seattle/Nashville singer songwriter Daniel Foster. Dan was the singer and main songwriter for longtime Seattle alt-country band “Johnson County” and bass player for many other bands. He also lived in Nashville off and on playing out often with his acoustic guitar and harmonica, honing his songwriting skills. During Covid lockdown Dan started learning how to record music at his Seattle home and how to play different instruments. During this time Dan started mixing different styles of music together (country, blues, rock, shoe gaze, electronica and folk).
