WEBSITE COMING SOON!!!! Contemporary Christian meets Hip-Hop!! Daniel 2 is a story of pressure, danger, and divine revelation. When King Nebuchadnezzar is shaken by a mysterious dream, he demands answers no one can give — and every wise man in Babylon, including Daniel, is sentenced to death. Instead of panicking, Daniel turns to God. In the middle of a crisis that threatened his life, God reveals what human wisdom couldn’t touch, proving that He alone holds the mysteries of the future. This track captures that tension — the fear, the urgency, the breakthrough — and flips it into hip hop form. It’s a reminder that when life hits you with impossible demands and the stakes feel deadly, God still speaks. Daniel 2 shows that the secrets of the future belong to Him, and He reveals them to those who seek Him with courage and humility. LYRICS [Verse 1] A restless king arose, unsettled from his sleep. Disturbed by unremembered dreams, Determined even to extremes, Demanding wise men summon these from somewhere in the deep. [Verse 2] The wise men cried, 'IMPOSSIBLE! No man can read your mind! Man's thoughts belong to gods!' The king declared them frauds, condemning them to die. 'Who needs seers who are blind?!?!' [Chorus] No raging indignation, though Daniel stood condemned. He didn't lie or criticize or slander to defend. He never mounted a resistance, or let panic lead to war. He sought the king with courtesy, discretion, and rapport. [Verse 3] Given time, I'll find the dream and its interpretation. Daniel reassured the king. His friends petitioning Mercy's God of mysteries, for holy revelation. [Chorus] No raging indignation, though Daniel stood condemned. He didn't lie or criticize or slander to defend. He never mounted a resistance, or let panic lead to war. He interceded for the king, and fell asleep secure. [Bridge] God of mercy, we beseech You For Your perfect will and way. Our burdens lay before You As we come to You this day. Our mountain's insurmountable. A second red sea lies ahead. Could Your mercy spare a miracle, Like the Nile, when it bled? What's impossible for man For You is effortless it seems. Hearts of kings are in Your hand. Can you show this king his dreams? God of love and parted seas, Let glory grow and hope increase. God of ancient mysteries, Let Yourself be what he sees. [Chorus] God gave the dream to Daniel, he no more stood condemned. That day Babylon conceded, Daniel's God is not pretend! An exile's humble reverence, For the God he still adored, Showed the king God is among men and He should not be ignored.more
