Lead guitarist and co-writer with alt-country band Outside Eliza. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and spent 16 years in the Pacific Northwest before returning where I met singer/ co-songwriter David Powell. I had musical influences from all corners of genre spectrum but have always had a special place for the new wave/ alternative of my 80's youth and alternative country spanning from the Flying Burrito Brothers to Wilco, Murder by Death, Neko Case, Drive by Truckers, and way way beyond. Within two months a creative partnership was formed which quickly became our band, Outside Eliza. I am continuously finding ways to weave elements of musical texture and sweeping ambient landscape with country, rock, and blues to fill out our sound and adding to the music of such incredibly talented musicians I have the privilege to play with.
