Preacher Bishop, Born and Raised as Christopher Bishop in Baychester Housing in the North East section of the Bronx. As a Youngster in the group “The Bookworms” With Rich Mo and cousin Caheim, Bishop got an EARLY start on this road to success performing at many of New York City’s HOT SPOTS with the some of today’s Biggest Rappers. After signing deals with some of the worlds biggest labels ie: Motown, Arista etc.. He and his Group mate Rich Mo decided to take their Careers into their own hands!!! After starting a new group “The OD Fam” which included Bishop, Tru Knowledge, Rich Mo, and J-Starrs, Bishop was sure he was back on the road to success until tragedy struck the group and responsibility became his priority. Having Lost the member J-Starrs to “Natural Causes” and having a two young daughters, a son on the way and music not paying the bills Bishop joined the army in order to take care of his new family. Being deployed to Iraq also surviving the projects. Street General Salute!
