This song is about the struggle of dealing with ego, as it is what brings your fears up and makes you feel like you're not allowed to be you, trapped inside of your own mind lost to fears as your ego wants the power over yourself so you can fall in the matrix of being consumed by negative emotions or what you want but in a way that will make you take a negative route to get there.
