Stephen A Dougherty (born February 16, 1996), known professionally as tempmadethat or simply Tempo, is an American record producer, beat maker and sound designer. Raised in Rockford, IL, Tempo began his production career in high school and gained presence in the music industry by staying consistent, networking and focusing on being a well-known music producer. After he released his first studio EP, Global Guerrilla Instrumentals in 2022, he established his own label, Global Guerrilla Effect - GGE Records. Life and career Dougherty grew up in the South side of Rockford, Illinois and started making beats in 2011 when he was 15 years old.
