This is a track from my forthcoming Darksynth album - Noir Synthetek (A listeners guide to the modern world) it is a concept album about the very dangerous modern world and covers several topics that are very relevant today. This track is entitled "Ghost of myself" and is a through-the-lens biopic of a soldier coming back from the frontline, changed forever by the ravages of war, regret, anger, and most importantly life-changing. The experience of broken promises, being hidden away and left behind by the country your friends have died for, and all that is left is a ghost of myself.more
