This is my absolute favorite song I've ever made. I originally made this song with my band at the time, but they weren't as committed to music in general and after an ugly band break up, I decided to take the track and use it for my own music. Music has always been a really big thing for me, and after me and my most recent ex at the time of making this had broken up, I wrote a lot. We were both super into music and both play, create, and produce music, so it was my way of connecting with him even after. When I made this track I mixed and matched with lyrics until I found these lyrics I had wrote, and just between not only how it sounds or the lyrics but the symbolism I feel like I added throughout this song just helps make it one of the best songs I've ever made.
