"Doin' Willie Things" was a fun one to write. The prosody mattered as much as the prompt; tight lyrics give Suno a clearer path to follow. Several phrases just sprinkled out of the sky and into my brain. It helped that my dog Willie actually does ridiculous things: sits in the church's chairs, snuck into someone's house and slept in their bed. This is a strolling Americana talking blues. Lyrics (and many rounds of editing) by me with help from Claude. Production by Suno. Releasing to Spotify and YouTube music this week.more
