I wrote this song initially in celebration of my achieving a milestone in my life, acknowledging that I am who I am today because of God's love and the strength and validation I receive from God's word. That said, the message of this song applies to everyone who is struggling through life with issues of identity and self worth - you are not what the world, bad experiences, failed attempts at progress etc. say you are.
