Lead singer Casey Sharer was part of an emerging West Coast band in the early 2000s, performing to packed crowds at Portland, Oregon's Roseland Theater and touring throughout the western United States.
The band eventually dissolved when guitarist Eric May chose to focus more of his time and energy on family. Though the band came to an end, the music never lost its meaning.
Nearly 30 years after these songs were first written and performed, Casey set out to reimagine them through a modern lens. Drawing from the original material, he rebuilt and reinterpreted the songs to reflect his own artistic vision while preserving the spirit that made them special. Most of the songs were written by Casey, with several co-written by Eric May.
Although the band no longer exists, Casey continues to perform these songs live at venues and karaoke events throughout Houston, Texas.
Thank you for listening. If you're a fan of alternative rock, we hope you'll enjoy this new take on a collection of songs that helped define an earlier chapter of Casey's musical journey.
* Please note, while the instruments have been generated with the use of AI in place of not having a band any longer, AI was guided to produce the result to achieve the vision for each song, and the voice is still the artist's, not AI.*more
