“Phake (Nooze + Munny)” is the band's latest that takes notice of two things that are connected and fake as ever: news and money. Musically, the song originated with several funky bass parts evolving to feature Atlanta-based Slick Will's (@alyabouts) sharp lead guitar riffs and one fierce solo. The track includes the sound of two neutron stars colliding alongside several samples of voices rarely heard today. The song is being released at the exact time the first plane hit WTC on 9/11, commemorating the biggest instance of blowback on American soil ever. We give you the human face to the pain and chaos caused by the war machine, manipulation of our economy and willful media deception to cover it up right. Enjoy and rock on!more
