I had so much fun making and exploring a new genre with this track. It was difficult at first and now looking at the end result I’m really happy with how it turned out. 🤠 I essentially wrote this song about learning to love yourself. Taking back your power after a toxic relationship. I’ve observed and been in many horrible relationships all my life and it’s taught me nothing but the importance of loving yourself before loving anyone else. ‘I DON’T NEED YOU.’ is exactly that.
