The (sped up version) of Alternative Girl trended during this time last year in 2022. I was added to the Spotify curated playlist "sped up" and then removed after a few months accumulating almost 60k streams on "sped up" the Spotify curated playlist. Regardless to say the least, The majority of my streams are from my fans with over 20,600+ personal playlists with other songs in my discography as well that are sped up. I love my fans and I love that this song was noticed during my isolation away from everyone in 2021 writing, recording and mixing/mastering this song on my own. No one believed in me at this time and I did it on my own because no one will do it for you or support you trying to break out with a hit or a trend. It all paid off seeing many people singing the lyrics I wrote. Let me be the example for all upcoming artists managing their own music and doing it all on their own.
