I wrote “Take My Burdens” in a moment when I was wrestling with fully entrusting God to work in the lives of people I deeply care about. I felt responsible for fixing things through my own conversations, efforts, and striving—burdens I was never meant to carry—and God reminded me that only He can hold what I was trying to handle on my own. Inspired by Psalm 55:22 and led by the Holy Spirit, this song became my surrender: letting go, trusting Him, and breathing again. With layered vocals and a soulful, neo-soul vibe, this self-produced track reflects a raw and honest part of my journey.
