Shadows On Mercury is a new studio project from Ghost Of The Machine members Scott Owens and Charlie Bramald, joined by keyboard wiz Tim Lofthouse. The Silence is based on the idea that the humanity is too complacent about the end of the world. Nobody wants to talk about it, think about it, deal with it… we’re avoiding grappling with those big concepts and questions. It’s much more comfortable to keep our attentions trained on trivial and more immediate concerns. What if it stays that way right up to the point that the sky is falling in above us?
