Yes we know that all things work All things work, all things work Yes we know that all things work According to God’s plan They work for good for us who love God They work for good for us who love God For us whom God foreknew To work out His great plan They work to make us and to shape us They work to form us to His image The image of His Son Who’s firstborn of the chosen ones Yes we know that all things work All things work, all things work Yes we know that all things work According to God’s plan They work to call us to Himself They work to lead us to the cross The death of Christ justifies us Then purges out our dross What can the enemy then say When it’s all made for God’s gameplay When Satan’s heist at Jesus’ death Became the path from Satan’s wrath Yes we know that all things work All things work, all things work Yes we know that all things work According to God’s plan If the Father spared not His Son But gave him to the devil’s plan Then showed him off all to redeem Then what great glory is to be! Such glory comes from Satan’s worst What glory then is Papa’s rest? What charge can come to God’s elect? Jesus who rose rules for their best! Yes we know that all things work All things work, all things work Yes we know that all things work According to God’s plan Who shall separate us from Christ’s love? Shall trouble, trial, or distress Persecution or duress Nakedness or danger, sword? Though as sheep we daily die Yet in Christ we daily rise Nothing in life can conquer us Nor powers of the devil’s best Yes we know that all things work All things work, all things work Yes we know that all things work According to God’s plan - Mastered by mixea.commore
