This song seems happy but it's actually a story about sexual assault. Main character gets drugged and taken advantage of in the back of his friend's car. Not knowing she wasn't actually her friend till this point. He fights her off and manages to drive home under the influence. Not sure what to do with this pain, he falls into drugs and meaningless sex. Not knowing what love should be or if he can fall in love he reminisces on his first love and wish he had it again.
