THE CURRENT — Biggah Kai A self-produced, cinematic East Coast soul-rap record built around punchy, head-nodding boom-bap drums, a commanding kick-and-snare rhythm that sways with you, orchestral horns, sweeping strings and atmospheric chimes. The instrumental carries a soulful, regal atmosphere, balancing dramatic instrumentation with a grounded, almost traditional hip-hop groove. Layered melodic vocals float through the arrangement, contrasting with tightly packed, deliberate lyricism. A reflection of personal growth, conviction, spiritual refinement and the man God continues shaping me into. The record brings my singing and rapping together without compromising either side. With a dash of worship. Don Status. Daily Practice. 🍃🌪️🕊️more
