Antonio Manzi, alias ADONI, was born in Rome in 1993 from an Italian father and a Greek mother. After moving to Milos, he grew up in the Cyclades archipelago and he began playing from the age of five, without ever stopping. Being always involved in a multi-ethnic environment inspired his entire artistic career until his debut, in 2011, with the “Flying Icarus” project. He returned to Italy, at the age of 18, where he studied at the Saint Louis College of Music and graduated in drums at the “Licinio Refice” Musical Conservatory in Frosinone. He played for many musical projects including “Iruna”, “Mon-kei” and the “Flowing Chords” and debuts as an independent songwriter in the “So it is” project. Multi-forms artist, from 2019 he begins to work on his folk-pop solo project as an author, singer and guitarist, creating a rhythmic and instrumental mix between his Greek origins and Anglo-American Indie folk.
