Anemia is a french modern metal band formed in 2019. They released their first EP "Virtual Destiny" (2021) after two entire years of experimenting, creating and deleting songs as this project was their first band. They finally came up with Virtual Destiny which features 5 songs they decided would represent the accomplishment of these two years of hard work as they were trying to find their own style. This instrumental EP mixes polyrythmic and complex djent sections with some ambient atmospheres mainly created out of guitar sounds but also orchestral instruments and synths. This combination of agressive sounds and melodic atmospheres has quickly become the guideline of the whole project. But with their new incoming single called "Shadow", Anemia has decided to tune much lower and to go deeper into agressiveness as their new singer joined them.
