In 2014, I travelled to a remote island called Unst, I spent three months there on my own, just climbing mountains, meditating, taking long walks and observing local wildlife. It was a life changing experience for me, where I had the time to deeply reconnect with nature and myself which came in one of my darkest personal moments. I went there trying to get lost and I ended up finding myself.
