Ashtyn Sommer has spent years sharing her life and creative work in front of the camera. Now, the model and digital creator is letting people hear the voice behind it.
Singing has been Ashtyn’s dream since she was a little girl, even if the path to releasing her own music looked nothing like she expected. What began with modeling grew into a career built around creating videos and bold visuals. Music gives her another way to tell a story... one that asks her to share more than an image ever could.
As a songwriter, Ashtyn draws from the pages of her diary: the feelings she once kept to herself, the moments she still thinks about, and, every now and then, a detail she makes a little bigger for effect. Her songs are personal without pretending she has everything figured out. That honesty, along with her sense of humor, is part of what makes them hers.
