Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Athena Fleming is an aspiring vocalist, singer, songwriter, and actress whose artistic journey is rooted in resilience, self-discovery, and the courage to turn pain into purpose. Having survived childhood trauma, including sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, Athena channels her experiences into deeply personal and emotionally charged music. Her songwriting explores the lasting effects of trauma, the struggles of healing, and the complicated journey of reclaiming one's identity and inner peace. Growing up, Athena often felt like an outsider. As a transgender woman with an unapologetic love for heavy metal in a traditional Black household, she struggled to find a place where she truly belonged.
