"Te Preguntas" was born during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. At the time, I was working maintenance at a luxury apartment community and carrying a lot of weight on my shoulders personally. One day, a new resident had just moved here from another country and didn't speak English. My manager asked if I could help translate for her. As I knelt down to speak with her and ask the questions I needed to translate, we shared a brief moment of eye contact that felt much longer than it really was. In that instant, my imagination took over. What started as a simple conversation turned into a story in my mind about connection, curiosity, and wanting to understand someone beyond words. I found myself wondering who she was, what she had been through, and what life looked like from her perspective. That encounter inspired me to write "Te Preguntas." The song explores the questions we ask ourselves when someone unexpectedly captures our attention and leaves a lasting impression. Sometimes a single moment can spark an entire story, and this song is the result of one of those moments.more
