Hardly a virtuoso in any particular instrument or style, Chas Kelly describes his sound as a bit of a "cluster of all (his) favorite influences." Kelly doesn't look at himself as "super talented" in one thing, but rather just "a fanboy of creating magical moments via music." The now 31-year-old Kelly has admitted that his view on music and his contribution to it has changed drastically over the years. "I used to want to be the guy on the stage so badly. These days, I am just as happy being a part of anyone's creative process and adding value to it." Releasing his debut record, "Where the River Runs", in August 2016, Kelly packed up his life and moved to Nashville, Tennessee: America's "Music City." It was there that he found inspiration to think more creatively and dig "deeper" for the right words to say and the right songs to play. Kelly is happily married (2020) and has one son (2022). In his words, "My family is everything. My music is for them and for anyone who benefit from it."
